My question is with the men’s BB team having two games in FL this week, do they come home or charter multiple flights?

i would think it would be cheaper to stay out there and just come home Wed after their second game, but from a student and missing class perspective I’d say do the two flights so missing class is minimized.

I imagine whatever studies they have they do remotely and stay out in Florida. The team should be staying out there. Same as when East Coast teams will get us and UTSA or Rice in the same trip.

What I'm curious about is why couldn't the men/women fly together when they both played in Memphis the first weekend of the new year? Having each other's support at the other's game would have been awesome. Same with Tulane when both of their men's/women's teams came to Denton earlier this month.

The FAU game is on Thursday night. Hodge said they have their academic coach with them on the trip. He said they would travel to FAU after the game Sunday. Rest, recovery and schoolwork day on Monday. Practice Tuesday and Wednesday. Game Thursday and fly back to home after.
