NT 55 ---------- USF 53

3:52 to go

Bulls tied it briefly, but our defense has saved us from bleeding out any more.

10 ish minutes with no field goal. A complete embarrassment even if we win.

It really is. Outside of having to do a complete roster rehaul, Ross' next most important job this off-season is to bring in an offensive mind to compliment his defensive mind.

That was disgusting officiating. They tried to give that game to USF.

Yes, they were bad, but I will say equally bad. There were a few times they screwed USF.

I was shocked they reversed the goaltend call.  I expected them to ignore the review.  But then right after they give USF a cheap makeup call to calm the coach and crowd.

How?  I actually thought it was one of the better officiated games (and that’s not saying it was good). A few questionable calls that went our way.

Agreed, they missed both ways, but you can't just give them makeup call after makeup call when they are already in the bonus and double bonus. Josell also got hacked on his shot in the least 2 minutes and they called nothing.

Did you miss the swatting down (maybe Newell) that was called an over the back. I mentioned the hack on Josell in the post above, he also got called for a blocking foul when he had both feet planted in a clear charge. What about the reach in on Newell when he had his hands in the air on their break away? There were bad calls both ways, but at the end of the game they were giving USF chance after chance.

The Newell call was a make up of a terrible call against Reid (I think).  Also, there was an obvious foul against us that wasn’t called as their player was falling out of bounds…sorry, but I can’t remember the players involved.  Calls missed both ways, as usual, but I never had the feeling they were getting home cooking.
