A great NT QB. In a class with Ramsey, Maher, and the QB who won 4 SBC titles. Lost a year of eligibility due to Dodge stupidity and a year with compound fracture @ Army. QB for NTs last bowl win, only NTQB ever to beat Troy in Troy, showed remarkable toughness in bowl game being out only one play with twisted knee, and took Georgia to fourth quarter before finally succumbing

Scott Hall.

Amazing to think of all the QBs you brought up, in addition to DT, and how different they were.  An incredible contrast in skill sets, all equally great.  Hall and DT (I never saw Ramsey or Maher), might not have thrived in quick-release, pass heavy systems like the Leach tree.

NT has had a lot of quality QBs.  Others are Jordan Case, Scott Davis, and of course Mason Fine.

I’m also a big fan of Washington’s. He played when I was 10-11 years old and got to attend some of the practices. Nice guy to us kids that were probably a nuisance but thought they were awesome.
