This has the real potential to complete what NIL started and totally eliminate D1 athletic competition outside of about thirty teams.

Does anyone consider how many athletes that currently have scholarships that will not if this legislative trend continues?

In reality, forcing students to pay for athletes that are now getting paId on top of a normal scholarship is definitely wrong.  Why should Joe or Susie Student have to pay for games they don't attend and have no interest in?

Many have no interest in using the PEB or the music hall. I get we are talking about specific students and not facilities, but we pay for stuff all the time that we don't have any interest in. USAID, it turns out, for instance.
