American Athletic Basketball Arenas - How many have you been to?
baring a late winter storm, I'll be at the Liacouras Center 3/9. I've never seen a game there, but I played in a basketball tournament at Devlin...very cool old fieldhouse venue...it's the kind of place basketball is meant to be played.- 1

it is just so hard to be perfect in conference play...especially in a rivalry game. we'll have a better idea of the overall character of the team tonight. the night after Wright got blanked v. Memphis he dropped 21 and had a three-game run of shooting almost 60% from 3. I agree with you on our guard play. Wright is probably the best shooter not name Tylor Perry (or Spring'09 Adam McCoy) that we've had in my time following the program, but he really struggles to create his own. Floyd has largely been a disappointment, at least from what I thought he'd bring...suss ball-handling, questionable decision-making and no where near as active defensively as his top-10-in-the-nation in steals stat line at Fairfield would've indicated (maybe they let him gamble more?)...and since dropping 20 v. UAB, Jossel's shot has gone to absolute shit (4 of 27 from 3...15%).- 1

American Athletic Basketball Arenas - How many have you been to?
I’ve been to 4 of our peers arenas: Rice UTSA Wichita State last week FAU Wichita State’s Roundhouse was by far the best. Rice could get loud with the Mean Green faithful in tow. UTSA’s was weird as was FAU’s. Gyms come to mind with those two, but at least the Owls house had a color pop floor. GMG- 1
