If things continue to go well for both men's and women's basketball, I feel like both head coaches have about a year's worth of tread left before they get scooped up.

That's what happens at schools like ours...just have to be ready with the next hire.

Not to sound like I take our coaches for granted, but I think we will have a little more time with Hodge and Burton. Both are Texas guys who are coaching at their biggest stops yet - none with previous P6 experience. And their alma maters are East Texas A&M and Austin College, who I unbiasedly wouldn't suspect of having the power to "bring their guys home."

I think they both love it in Denton and aren't really looking to move on.  I know money talks, but I also know it can't buy happiness.

Like McCasland, I think "the right fit" will come into play.  Not just the first bidder that multiplies their salary.
