That was closer than I expected.  But then it always seems like those bottom of the standings teams that surprise you.

Whew, let's get TF out of Wichita--that was stressful. Mean Green Wrecking Machine rolls on.

I hate that we didn’t really play up for this one. Made it way too tight than it should have.

I don’t normally comment on homer announcers, but this crew said something that might be the most ridiculous I’ve heard.  During a review of the standings, one of them actually said this: 

“The Shockers could have beaten Memphis last week.  If it wasn’t for the 22 turnovers, Wichita wins that one”

We started out strong, let Wichita gain their confidence coming out of halftime to take the lead, then maintained our composure and did Ross things at the end for the win.   Just like he planned it.

It was scary ugly to me.

I kept the volume down. They were horribly biased.

True. Wichita St. believes they’re better than North Texas, so to lose, is viewed as a big disappointment. It shouldn’t be but whatever.

We played fine. Just got called on a bunch of BS fouls while they were allowed to hammer us in the paint. Ballard especially almost always threw his hip into guys before getting a "block."

WTH? is correct.  What the hell were you thinking?  You don't mess with a streak.  We are dominating in the first half and you find it necessary to go get some dinner?  Really?  Cant believe some people.  If you think you are doing well because you aren't having sex, then no sex.  If we are doing well because you are "hungry for some dinner", then suck it up and be hungry until the final gun.  Pancho's will be open when the game is over.

That was the most flopping I've seen from any opponent we've played this year, their guys were just flinging themselves during shots and constantly looking to flop. On another note teams are really focusing Wright, they are doubling him and doing everything they can to not let him shoot. It's clear the strategy is to shut him down, and make us beat them some other way.
