interestingly, I think it was our efficiency in out-of-timeout sets that won this game...somehow we can draw up successful one-off plays, but can't turn those into 3-option offensive sets. maybe that's the next step in Hodge's development.

I've been a massive Kendrick fan since "good kid, M.A.A.D city" dropped in 2012 and I was legitimately excited to see him get his chance on the biggest of stages and to me he effing killed it.
the negative response to his performance isn't about his music (or the sound quality...sheesh) itself, but what the show intended to communicate. it was social, it was political, it was provocative...all of which is the true nature of hip-hop...and the response from certain demographics was incredibly predictable
