Are we still posting football here or only allowed basketball, Smut, and conference shuffling?

Not sure if this is an oversight or if it's a tradition we are breaking for Jimerson, but wasn't expecting to see this.

It was never officially retired, says Vito.

One of 3 things is going on here:

1) It's not completely certain that he's getting #12, so it may not matter

2) The ADept knows about the AS situation and either doesn't care or has decided it's been long enough to move on

3) The ADept does NOT know about the AS situation and doesn't realize this is possibly an issue.

If it's 1, then nothing to get upset over yet.  If it's 2, then we kinda' deserve an explanation but whether you accept their reason is a personal choice.  However, if it's #3, then that's a bad sign that incompetent people are running the show.

Well, he was #12 at North Crowley.

I don’t think it is 3 because they posted the AS situation as highlighted above.

I assumed that the OP posted a combination of two different items in order to point out the issue. 
One was the post with CJ having the #12 and the other was from the bio of AS.

I would guess that we wouldn’t open #12 back up without the blessing of Andrew Smith’s family.

IMHO, there has been plenty of time.  Also, there were circumstances around his death based on his decisions, so I am not as up in arms as others for giving this number to Jimmerson.
