It’s been kinda assumed that Isheem Young would take his final year elsewhere, but I think a strong argument could be made by this staff to stay and take that defensive “QB” role he was going to be this year.

is it really a bad loss with how bad our DB's were this season, do not see many P4's looking for a small DB who was on the worst defense that the past 2 seasons.

Glad he was here because he was an upgrade over what we had, but he was still a weak link on a bad defense.  If we can't do better, we'll suck again.

Won't think about him at all a year from now.

I would consider this a big loss. Fourth in tackles and three INTs.

I do too. Really wanted to see what he could do under a more competent DC as an upperclassmen. Oh well. Walkon True Freshman Quinton Hammonds was listed as the first name with he and Jackson being co-starters for the bowl game. Hopefully Hammonds ends up being a stud and we don’t end up missing Jackson. Definitely a risk from bringing in a new DC but a risk we all know was needed.
