1 - you're playing with a first time starting QB: gives a free TO to talk to him before the play
2 - your D sux, so need to shorten the game: don't need to squeeze in an extra play
3 - your receivers are looking back into the sun

Good points, though I don't want to shorten this game and give Drew Football less time to break the all-time UNT bowl game touchdown pass record.

Any idea how the UNT turnout looks on the press box side?

Strictly anecdotal but not as strong as TxSt. Maybe 40/60 in favor of the bob kitties.

Not as good as the Texas State side but it’s not horrible. It’s probably 60-40 Texas state fans.

We got tickets, but we both came down with the crud. Wish we were there!

Crud is everywhere this month. We've had it in Florida for two weeks.

Had we had time to look back and throw it back to Drew on that double pass attempt would have been wide open.

Not painting the end zones for this bowl feels a bit bush league to me.

On positive side. I’m very impressed with this freshman QB.  Has never even been a varsity starter in HS! Amazing
