I rarely post here. But I’m at the game because both of my kids go to Texas State. UNT attendance is pitiful. TXSU has shown up. Their program is on the rise.

Not perfection but be able to compete with a team also missing some of their star players, team has had a month to prepare, even with new players.

Yeah, you are right: a team with a very experienced multi-year starting QB does not have an advantage over a team starting a QB that has not starting since Junior High.  

Yes, they lost a lot of players like all G5, but I think they have a big experience advantage.
