House divided on that one.  I'm all in on Boise State to win the whole thing, but both sides of my wife's family are from Pennsylvania (even though she herself grew up in VA), and through them she largely roots for the Nittany Lions.

It just amazes me that Boise State has done so well in football over the years.  I mean, they are a permanent fixture in winning seasons, winning conferences championships, and winning bowl games.

If only...........

The opposite of us: make all the right hires, probably mixed with some good luck too.

Just saw Oscar Adaway score a go-ahead TD for South Carolina, putting the Cocks up 10-7.

It was arguably his best overall game for SC.

I'm not sure if he gets another season.

I saw about the first 2.5 quarters of the Peach Bowl, but then was out doing family stuff and had to catch up with how it ended.  Even though when I had to leave ASU was trailing, they had largely controlled the game possession wise, so it wasn't a total shock that they came back to make it a game (UT's defense had to be exhausted by the end).  Wish the Sun Devils could have pulled it off.

Hope I don't jinks it, but would love to see a pair of semifinals with zero SEC schools!

Texas already advanced.

Think you we'll see some major changes to the format next year. Between the first round blowouts and it looks like every team that got to bye will lose would expect to see some changes.

Some years you get blowouts.  Some years you have enough parity/depth that 1 or 2 legit teams miss out.  You rarely get it just right.

You think they'll tweak the rules every time, to accommodate a whining blue blood?
