If Sharp had touched the ball, it would have been a turnover. Once he realized it was gonna be blocked, it slipped out of his hand, but he was stuck in a no man's land. He needed a teammate to come grab the ball.- 1

Yes, he double-clutched and just sorta dropped the ball, then he wasn't sure if he could touch it again. It was a weird ending to a good season. -

Sharp is our closer. He always hits it deep late in the game, so the play call wasn't the problem. I'm just not sure what that last shot was. I think he thought he was blocked and panicked.- 2
