This is a very surprising pick.  Frankly,I don't get it; a very veteran coach; who has coached at the same D2 school forever almost.

Why would this coach even be considered a good fit at NT?  A .68% winning D2 coach who has apparently never coached at a higher level.  Is NT cost cutting?

I hope he is wildly successful, it would be hard to not be an improvement over the previous coach.  However, this IMO is a very questionable choice.

Yeah it seemed like cost cutting or a favor type of hire to me.

So have you guys actually looked into it when you say cost savings; so we're paying him less than the previous coach? Did you take time to check it before you said we were cost saving?Did you look into this coach and his background, or is it typical of so many on here that we're just complaining to complain?

Did you not notice the question mark?  I love to complain, or question why actions were taken.

By the way, I did check the internet and found basically nothing including his age.  How else would I know his winning percentage.

Instead of complaining about what someone else posts, why not enlighten us with your reaction to the hire.

Don't know enough about the man to make a comment. Hopefully the AD picked a winner.
