Marshall is also a victim, not one to be punished. And this couldn’t be solved by legislation in a thousand years. Besides, the legislators are mostly owned by bigger money programs that are best served by the current situation. So it wouldn’t be solved by that. I don’t see a good future for this as an industry.

I find it hard to believe Marshall couldn't field 22 players.  Surely this situation is precisely what the 3rd and 4th strings are for?
