Marshall Drops Out of Independence Bowl
I'd rather have a transfer portal window after the spring semester than one before the bowls. Force players who want to transfer to do it in the summer. The players who stayed get the benefit of spring practice and longer offseason time with their teammates. -

'19 QB Maverick McIvor (San Angelo)
I agree. I think he's in his final year too which means we don't have to worry about him being poached. Whatever young guys we have can spend another year learning and then hopefully step in after McIvor leaves. -

Sure does appear that way. If it works in our favor then so be it. I'm going to be skeptical until proven otherwise. I'm disappointed in the Morris era so far and just don't have a ton of faith in his staff decisions at this point.- 1

Cassity appears to be a TX family now, so why uproot and move to the NE to a bad program when offered a little less $$$ to not fully uproot your family. Seems like he wanted to stay in TX and UNT made the offer to keep him in State. -
