what's Rising's story?

I want to say he redshirted at UT, got a medical redshirt his first year at Utah, got hurt in 2020, played 2021 and 2022 but has again been hurt since. Between medical waivers and the covid year, I don't know how much time he could still get. It was reported he was leaving Utah though. Maybe he'll join Miami and their 9th year TE.

Once the Supreme Court allowed the NIL and portal to be the rule, the P2s and their networks were ready to pounce.

So now we have CFB in the hands of the power brands, both conferences, and networks run the sport and made the rest of us their bitches.

Rising is a damn good QB when healthy. One of the best in the country.

This is representative of what I hate the MOST about CFB.  How can we make this assessment if he rarely plays?  Let’s give in the pre-season Davey O’Brien Award if he goes to a  loaded roster.  Same thinking that has SEC/Big 10 (Fraud) teams screaming they deserve byes and home games in the CFP over conference champions because they are better.  Any of these “lesser conference champions” would love home & home series with Ole Miss, Penn State, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Tennessee, and South Carolina.
