I guess I somehow missed that he was even on Tulsa's staff.

I love Lance, but I want to keep our present RB coach.  Here's hoping he finds a good position.

I get what you're saying, but we have a lot of "favorite sons" who would gladly take a job on UNT's coaching staff.

And don't forget that, down the line, we have to fire most of the coaches we hire.
