Here's the NET profit margin for a few others:

Target: 6%
Lowes: 6-8%
HDepot: 10%
DollarTree: 5%
Tractor Supply: 7-8%
Michaels: 35%
Walmart: 3-4%
McDonalds: 20-35% !!!!

the problem with this analogy is that not spending money with any of the above companies listed won't potentially kill you.
