Move NIL in house, make players contract employees, give donors the tax write off.  Then you can look at setting salary or revenue sharing limits .    Also how does the rejection of DEI impact non revenue spots involving women?

I think Title IX is going to be one of the biggest hurdles if they try to bring it in-house.

Bring it in-house, but I personally am 100% against getting tax deductions for money to pay for play. Okay, if they do it for donations to the university directly, and that money does not go to pay players, but I would prefer not to see tax deductions to pay football players' salaries.

This would most likely involve Title IX, nothing to do with DEI.
