Gundy took a pay cut a few years ago, but then they restored it plus a continual 5-year contract. 

He makes $7 mil a year to go 0-fer in the Big 12 this season.  Stupid.

He'll get let go one way or another, and "fall" into a lesser role elsewhere for "only" 750k - 1.5 mil/year.
