lol what are we doing? Hurry up offense with 50 seconds left and you run the ball on 1st and 2nd down? What the actual hell was the plan here?

There is none.

I find it hysterical that the broadcast doesn't know Coach Morris. I really hope they have a sideline reporter to interview that random coach during halftime.

It was more like Hurry Up and give back to Temple.

It’s all part of the devious master plan!!

After the game it will be revealed that the random GA the camera man has been following was coaching all along!!!  He’s responsible for both the most frustrating offense and most inept defense in college football…and Eric Morris has been tied up in the basement…this…whole…time.

Why ELF ball will likely never win a championship.

Leading 24-3 the Air Raid mindset can never take a moment and think conservatively, EVER, and consider giving the defense some help by keeping them off the field by sustaining drives.  We ran off 11 seconds on the above possession.  There’s no reason to stay up tempo here.  None!  And what happens?   A play here, a play there and we leave 46/56 seconds for Temple to pull within 7 at the half giving a REALLY bad Temple team momentum they otherwise should never have.

DUMB!

Rick

Be careful calling it Elf Ball. There are guys on here having their menstrual cycle right now. Men have periods, too. Well at least at North Texas, they do.

North Texas should still win this game, but the fact that Temple, one of the worst programs in the G5, can come back on us and make it competitive, proves that this team is very soft. I can't see a scenario where we win whatever 3rd rate bowl we play in.
