Should be able to get someone who can do better than this. The decision to stick with DC so long, the horrendous loss to Tech, and several flat out elementary school bonehead in-game decisions have shown me all I need to see of this. It’s surprising given success at IW but the circumstances must be way different.

Yeah, well, you can shove it because we won't build any kind of consistency if we're a revolving door of coaches.  Animated GIF

I was ready to move on from Seth, but this is looking like it is below the standard Seth set.

Seth didn't have to deal with NIL fallout and he only had two good seasons in Conference USA.

Great question. We have an AD who is paid well to figure that out. I barely have enough time to watch some football and make some posts. 😁

Well, I hope you're happy if you get what you want and you're back year after year complaining about how new coach can't get it done after 1-2 years.

It's going to be another 2-4 years of incoherence and inconsistency. Show me a single realistic head coach hire that would make a difference. I'm frustrated too. Another rebuild is not feasible.

The coach we fired to hire this one took a 1-11 team to 5-7 in year 1 and 9-3 in year 2. It is absolutely possible with the right hire.

And it wasn't sustained. And it was mostly won on the back of Graham Harrell and Mason Fine, not Littrell.

It was sustained until he lost half the coaching staff to higher prestige/paying jobs. Hiring that OC from FCS and firing Reff to bring in Bowen ultimately cost him his job. Things were on the way up once he had Bennett calling the defense but it was too late by then. Too many on here had already decided that the improvement wasn’t fast enough to merit the salary so here we are possibly sitting at home during bowl season again just 2 years removed from being in our conference title game.

Eric signed a 5 year deal per Vito.  He is not going anywhere.
