For a poster concerned about parents and players reading the posts on here, you sure have a knack for coming up with inflammatory thread titles.  How about toning that back.

guess that holistic family approach is not working as planned. Can we plan on another 77 new players come in for 2025?

I guess there is no I in Team.....The players are now like employees.  If you quit the team maybe security should escort them of the campus.  No credits for the last semester.  This has to go both ways now.  If they finished the season is one thing but to quit with two games left not so good.

I would hate to lose Gabe Blair.  Seems like one of the solid anchors of the offensive line since he came on board as a Freshman.  If true, this is terrible news.

He quit on the team. Good riddance

Interesting. Leke got benched for Paula Vaipulu last week but he still played on ST. He was listed as the projected starter at LG on the initial ECU game notes. Now Paula is listed as the starter on the updated version.

I mention the projected starter bit because Morris has been playing games this year with the projected offensive line starters. Larry Moore III was listed as the starting LT for several games even after it was clear Morris had no intention of starting him any longer. So, I've been taking the projected OL starting lineup from the game notes with a grain of salt for awhile. However, that Leke was on the first version of game notes, but not on the second, suggests to me that the team was caught off guard by his departure. Otherwise why even mention him even if you weren't going to start him.

Sucks about Blair but I suspected he wasn't coming back.

The reason for them not playing was not given. Does anyone actually know or are we just guessing as usual.

Blair will be playing for one of his old OL coaches next year. Dude sat the year out to get an NIL paycheck.

Sincere question:  Is this fact or speculation?

Gonna be honest: I’m not aware how great either player was. I remember hearing the name Blair and seeing some comments that his injuries have really hurt us this year.
A big concern going forward is how this impacts keeping the likes of QB Morris around. Dude will not want to play his senior year behind an even thinner O-line.

We sure Blair was hurt this year? He was scout team player of the week a few weeks ago. Also, he was moving along the sidelines fine all year. My seats were very close to the bench and I could see how disengaged he was on the sidelines.

Regarding the other opportunities, I'm not the first person to say this. It's been mentioned on a few other outlets. We will see what happens.
