Next week's ECU game is our last chance this season to sellout DATCU Stadium

OPTIMISTIC VIEW: (LOL)

The only reason we will close to 15-18000 attendance is if the band parents show up and after the half they'll  be around 13-14000...

I so want to be in person with Eric Morris and tell him exactly why he was stupid to question”where are the fans”.   The fans are beaten down and don’t expect anything more than flirting with bowl eligibility at the end of the season.

If we showed up for the Army game just expecting no less than 14 point from top 5 FBS offense we were let down is spectacular fashion.

If we showed up to our new and most regularly played rival UTSA’s borrowed stadium ( a stadium nobody else wants) just expecting a back and forth shootout with a close finish, we got let down in spectacular fashion.

Neither of the last 2 losses (of the 4 loss were streak) were even entertaining.

DATCU stadium will continue to be 50% empty until they bring in TCU, SMU or any of the P4 teams in Texas or bordering states.  For most of the last 20 years our program don’t give fans a reason to come unless they like are entertained by failure.

Lol C Rod you got me!

Sadly with Thanksgiving Break being a full week now, I don't see how there's 10,000 actual butts in seats. It'll be worse than Tulsa.

Eric Morris and Caponi’s family friends and relatives better show up to fill the seats

You mean a competent football program?

Why would we want to bring in Texas or any other close P4 team? 3/4 of the stadium would be filled with their fans. No thanks.

So if you were AD for a day which P4 regional program could you bring in? Hard to get the big boys in Texas to play in a 30,000 seat road game. SMU and TCU will never play us again and Houston has moved on. Looks like Texas State , Sam Houston, UTEP, New Mexico St.,Ark. St., ULL, and La. Tech are regional programs that might draw more fans than flies so sign them up.

I wouldn't say that SMU will never play UNT again.

This football program is trash…has been for forever.  We just completely suck.  Our coaches suck, our players are mid level, and any player who excels transfers if they can get out without a career ending injury due to the linemen who suck.  You can find free tickets everywhere and sit on the 50 any game.  We bring in new players and coaches every 6 hours, then rinse and repeat the suckage.

Our band is good!

I often thought that our head football coach should keep the team on the sidelines at half time to watch our band perform so they could watch an organization on the field who knows what they are doing.
