Damn, you already forgot about the early Dodge years?? Especially his debut against ou??   Lmao

No, I remember the OU debut. But that was against a highly ranked OU team. This was UTSA, and they had a losing record this season.

Yeah, I still haven’t heard what the new president’s stance is on athletics, but I imagine this kind of stuff starts to land on Mosley’s shoulders if the president cares at all.

Four straight losses on four straight national broadcasts is not good for the university.

Wait, we have a new president?   Just kidding, I know we do.  He’s just missing in action. On brand for UNT.

Morris has not built a tough team. UTSA has a tough team, not us. That's a big reason why they won. Our team is soft, and I think that's a big part of why we suck. I blame our coaches for that too.

Triangle of Toughness.

You don’t have to like the guy and you may think he’s a snake.   But you can’t deny that he can coach, motivate and recruit.

Man I remember debating with people during the Dodge years which was worse, the seasons we got beat so bad every game, or the seasons we were at least competitive and still lost 10 games.  Lol

Look, this season has quickly turned disappointing, but we absolutely CAN NOT fire Morris. Morris brings us Chris Jimmerson Jr.  He HAS to stay.

Morris isn’t going anywhere. Can’t say the same for Caponi. I know they’ve been resistant to firing him mid season but this feels.. bad. Could have had the offense at their tip top best and wouldn’t have matter when you give up 48 points and 700 yards.

Am I a bad fan for just wanting the season to be over now?  Is a minor bowl in mid December really worth the effort?  I can't NOT watch, but I really don't want to see us play some MAC team in front of 500 people on a Wednesday afternoon.

Remember that in late April, when college basketball season is over and you're yearning for football again.

If Mosley can’t, won’t or doesn’t want to fix his mistake, then his head should be on the chopping block too.

Never going to happen.

Smatresk seemed like a sports guy and was interested in us having positive noise around our programs.  The new President seems like a nice guy the two times I've met him, but he does not seem like someone who's ready to do the hard things (fire an AD) to change the direction of our football program.

In Slovenia with the wife and can’t watch the game later so will just post now that I am really disappointed in how we played.

See? That was so much easier and more enjoyable than torturing myself!
