Wichita State has Rice and Tulsa left. If we beat Temple this Sunday, that would slingshot Wichita back into the #7 spot. Yuck.

I really don't want to have to play them again in the quarters. They're probably like the actual 4 or 5 seed. Tough matchup.

The idea of playing the Shockers a third time scares me a bit. Hard to beat a team 3 times in the same season, and we had to get into a slugfest with them this week, outcome not decided until the last possession.

I don't like their chances, but let's go Tulane, FAU, and Rice! Still an outside chance UAB and Tulane can swap seeds. I would much rather our side of the quarterfinals include Tulane, ECU, and Temple (or Tulsa/UTSA). Let Memphis, UAB, FAU, and Wichita State duke it out on their own.

NT, WichitaSt, & ECU wins on Sunday will slide WichitaSt to the 6 seed and force a matchup between them and UAB before getting to us in the Semis. Meanwhile, we'd get the winner of FAU/UTSA(most-likely) before moving on to the Semis.

We should be a lock for the #2 seed. A fun game to watch Sunday afternoon will be the UAB/Tulane game as that has the #3/#4 seeds facing off in the final games of the regular season.

would love it if the UAB/Wichita matchup happens, that means we would only have to face one of them.
