We’re right there. Would love to finish the season on a 4 game winning streak!

We knew this 3-game stretch of Memphis, Tulane and Army would be tough.

We lost by 8, 8 and 11 points.   We are another year away (with better players and coaches).

We will see the annual Power 4 pillage of our roster, too…

Yup. Was neat seeing Morris play for us for a year as well as generic WR1 and oline dude. I don't bother with names anymore.

We have 25 seniors on our roster.  Here are the top contributors:

Blair Conwright: Somewhat inconsistent, but has 24 receptions for 373 yards and 4 TD's.

Ridge Texada: Top cover corner, but should be replaceable.

Jordan Brown: Third on the team in tackles and been here his entire career.  I thought he would have a greater impact this year.

Damon Ward Jr.: Love him and how he plays but he can't stay healthy.  Second on the team in receptions with 26 and 4 TD's.  Should be replaceable.

Nick Rempert: Had a few moments but his 11 catches are replaceable.

Jake Shipley: 11 tackles and 1 sack.  Replaceable.

Rod Brown:  The biggest loss.  I think it was pretty obvious what he can do when not doubled in a three man front, as he probably had his best overall game against Army.  Will be a big loss.

Jayden Hill: Strong season in run support.  We found him at a D2 school.  I think we can find another or hope a youngster steps up.

Jaylen Smith: Leads the team in tackles.  Has kind of come out of nowhere.

Jett Duncan: Stalwart on the OL and our most versatile lineman has he has proven he can play any position.

Gabe Blair: Hope he redshirts and returns next year.  Would soften the blow of losing Duncan.

Leke Asenuga:

Landon Peterson: Started all year when healthy.  Big loss.

Terrell Dawkins:  Pretty solid year

Regarding C. Morris, I would be surprised if he left.  I may be way off here, but I have heard the story multiple times that he loves this offense and rediscovered his love of the game here.

I hope that your source is correct. C-4 is doing a fantastic job as the starting QB. I've often wondered how much better he would be doing if he had been here in the spring.

No secret source.  This has been something the broadcasters have mentioned in the last few televised games.

They were 25 in the CFP poll last week. I believe they were 18 in the AP last week. The CFP is a bit more important due to its impact on the actual playoff seeding.

Correct, my bad.  If you look at Week 11 on ESPN, the AP poll spot was the CFP poll instead.  lol
