And sadly with this defense you don't have room to only be good. Again cannot understand why we don't have a system set up even if we put a running back behind center to be lined up on these runs.

It was and that was a critical play in this game. Instead of being up 10-7, we’re down 7-3 and Army will now drive 98 yards for a TD…using clock and tiring out the defense.

I think we’ve seen enough to know that UNT’s defense can’t stop them and will slowly bleed them to death. The offense will definitely be to blame for this loss because they have not succeeded in scoring at all. They are going to lose this game. I will gladly eat those words if they don’t.

Can somebody please help me understand why on most plays we have four defensive backs 8 to 15 yards off the line of scrimmage

No room to only be good as you said. Sadly I'd argue our offense is not even playing good right now. Good offenses don't have four 4th down attempts in two possessions.

Look at how easy they can gain one yard. We had 3 plays and couldn’t get it. Pathetic.

on the plus side, defense is showing some life and drawing a couple of holds because they are getting where they need to be.
