Hot early from the outside, especially Floyd.

We seem to have more scoring options this year than in recent seasons.

Agreed nobody who has touched the floor seems awkward with the ball. Even Sissoko seems more in control.

Early observation: active on the offensive boards and we have several guys who can finish in the paint through contact. Trying not to get too excited but this team looks like they've been playing together for years.

Wright and Floyd are exactly the ballers I was hoping they'd be...Massie might have more offensive game than I assumed...Lorient might be more than just an energy big.

awesome start

Just in terms of score differential, is this the best season opening 1H our program has ever seen?

I'm not sure...we've definitely blown people out before.

I’m really impressed by what I’ve seen so far. Offense seems to be more uptempo compared to previous years, but that’s probably because we have more than capable guys that can handle the rock, push the ball, shoot/finish. Definitely see more length and athleticism offensively and defensively. Exciting to watch

Hard to keep the same sort of intensity when you're blowing someone out, and Evansville is trying to claw back.
