To me, from what I have seen out of Morris, he does not give a lick about defense.  All he cares about is his offense.  Case in point, look at how much he goes for 4th downs inside our own territory.  He puts his already porous defense in worse spots.

Im in two minds about that. I get what you are saying and there indeed maybe something to it. but on the other hand I think he is playing "redzone roulette" on defense, i.e. not even trying to hard until the opponent gets to the red zone. If he goes for it there, at least the defense will not be tired and not need to defend the whole field... and if it goes wrong, at least the offense gets the ball back quickly. Its a bold strategy, and it sure didn't work last week, but I can at least halfway see a reasoning for it. Still not sure its the right way to go.

How is that not a flag! Since when are you allowed to strangle folks

Didn't grab anything you're not supposed to. His arm kinda wrapped around the collar and chest, not his throat.

Even the announcers are criticizing the defense using 3 safeties vs a running offense.

Last time we got embarrassed on homecoming we fired the head coach.  Not saying that should happen today, but it’s past time for this defensive coaching staff.

At this point I'm just hate watching this game.

Caponi better be cleaning up trash from the stadium after this.

I have disappointing news for you: If he wasn't let go after last season, he won't be let go after this year with a 3-4 loss season.

This really is not the game to play more than 30% 3-3-5. That plays too much into Tulanes basic game.

Still time to adjust. Experience shows you need about 50 points to beat UNT. Tulane is only halfway there.
