I think against this Tulane offense the defense can do well... provided the offense gives it the appropriate breaks and time off, because they WILL wear down against this Tulane offense otherwise. This was not a good start in that regard.

This tempo offense to me is dumb. Why? If your defense is the weakest part of your team, they go out there sooner if your offense can’t produce

Looks like NT is going to rely on big plays and high numbers to offset a weak defense again.  I'm not confident about that strategy.

Kudos to the ESPN2 crew for correcting the "Mean Green" name misinformation.

I don't like the gimmicky stuff in the E-MOrris offense. If you know what you are doing with gimmicks it can be helpful. But I get the feeling this offense is much more efficient in its basic stuff than with the gimmicks

This defensive scheme is trash. Morris can deflect and defer blame all he wants. But it’s on him. He needs to own up to it.
