We couldn’t even line up correctly on defense?  That’s terrible, man.  We need to be able to put our guys in position to at least have a chance of success.  Hope it gets corrected this week.

Past time for the DC to be sent packing....   I'm surprised Morris has let theses issues affect the team this long.

Unless there’s just a massive improvement, I simply cannot see Caponi coming back.

Morris will not get the next DC wrong. I have a feeling he’s going to knock it out of the park with the next DC.

Obviously I’m hoping for the massive improvement, but you know…

Youtube has a weekly American Athletic Conference show, and this week it features the UNT/Memphis game as well as our upcoming game against Tulane. UNT gets a lot of screen time and high praise for its nationally ranked offense.

Evidence that the world sees us as an underdog that is overachieving? They tend to favor that storyline.

Our lacking defense is the difference in us being seen as overachieving instead of legit contender.

Well they seem to think more highly of our head coach than most of us,

I think there’s hesitation to jump in due to SL’s early success that plateaued.

I think Morris is different.  Hopefully the fan base buys in before he leaves for a larger payday.  That payday is coming. I just hope we hang on to him for a few more years.

Yes, a good offense sells tickets at most programs.   He will already be on some lists if we hit 8 wins (that includes Tulane and/or Army).
