They flash the Full SOW at the end of the video...so they know what it looks like...but just can't seem to find a way to attach it to a helmet...

I was just reading a few articles today because I've been curious about the lack of mouthpiece enforcement.
My original thought was that they were wearing the personalized ones w/o helmet attachments but legacy rules stipulated the mouthpiece had to be attached to the helmet.  Apparently, I was wrong and that wasn't the reason.

It turns out that most of the coaches weren't enforcing the rules themselves, so it was forcing the refs to be the "bad guy" and they were getting tired of getting yelled at by the coaches, so they quit enforcing it.
