Tough to find a desirable neutral site that isn't claimed yet because most of what's between us and the Atlantic coast is garbage.

Nashville would be fun, but I believe the SEC already goes there. Same with the SBC in Pensacola, I think. CUSA is now in Huntsville. Maybe we could go Atlanta?

Memphis and Wichita would bring the best crowds of the existing markets.

Biloxi and New Orleans?

Anyway.....my guess is....it will go to Memphis. And quite frankly...that might be the best spot for it.

In Vito’s article, he quoted the Commissioner as saying campus sites would also be considered for the Tourneys.

Looking at the AAC map, the most centrally located Conference locations are Memphis,  Birmingham, and New Orleans.

Memphis draws the most league attendance and plays at the FedEx Forum, but it’s not an on-campus arena.  They will probably get it…as a perk to stay in the AAC.  New Orleans would be a better overall tourist host-location in my opinion.
