Don't because it should respresent more than football.  This program inspires zero loyalty with perpetual underachieving and aiming low all the time. I have UNT North Texas gear not UNT Football gear.  I will always proudly respresent the University.   Unfortunately since the first early extension of Seth, I have completely lost faith in the leadership's commitment to winning.  So days like this don't hurt as bad as the used to.  When they hire a coach actually ready and proven to be a successful Head Coach at a G5 program it will be FIRST TIME.  That to me in addition to keeping Seth an extra year and not seriously pursuiting Coach Sanders means that day like today are totally okay with the administration just as long as we get the exposure.  🤷🏽‍♂️

Wait, you want a successful HC proven to succeed at the G5 level but are also upset they didn't seriously pursue Sanders who is NOT a proven HC at the G5 level? Makes no sense.

But Sanders at least seems to be trying to hire coaches that have strengths that he does not. I understand Morris needs to grow as a head coach but he's had head coaching position before and after last year when he refused to make changes to the worst defense in football it raises big concerns that he is ready.

Out in Dallas, only person with green on in a sea of orange and red (some of whom are UNT alum). Feeling embarrassed.

Don't. An acquaintance was wearing a Texas shirt today so I commented about their game. He said it's an adopted team since he's moved down here. He went to Michigan State and follows them as well but I've only ever seen him wear Texas attire.

Maybe it's the green teams??

We would not have the budget to hire former NFL coaches.

I also don't believe in Sanders as a long-term coach. Let's see what he does without his son at QB and a generational talent at CB.

I think their budget is much bigger than ours.

Why doesn’t Caponi blitz? Their QB is doing whatever he wants. We’re not stressing  him at all. We’re giving him all the time he needs. I’m

This.  I’m not a Caponi hater like most on here seem to be, but we NEVER seem to get a pressure on the QB.
