For the player from USC that announced he's also stopping and will transfer someone had made the comment that this guy played at four different high schools and now we'll be on to his third different college. If that's correct then this Dude's got some serious commitment issues

They are going to have to get rid of the redshirt rule.

Redshirts are a relic of the past when programs needed to develop players. Why do you need to develop players when you can just find a developed player in the portal?

You get four years to play college football and the clock starts when you step foot on campus. No medical redshirts either.

If we are FOR inclusion, then this will give more opportunities to more players.

100% agree with Clay here. I've been saying from the beginning of NIL payments that there will need to be a cap. It's a completely broken system that needs massive improvements.

Having these collectives outside of the schools really opens up these situations where people can promise things and not deliver, or say they never agreed to them. Think about it, a faceless organization outside of the school with no oversight, they don't have to disclose what they pay, you don't get to specify where your donations go, it's akin to throwing your money into a void. I'm surprised this kind of disputes hasn't happened more honestly. NIL needs to be brought into the school's AD to make things transparent. Instate contracts in 2 year agreements, and 1 for grad/senior transfers. If you want the player buy out the contract.
