Good idea. When does our administration become innovative? People love to spend money at sporting events, especially after a few drinks and when they're happy after a touchdown score.

I made a similar recommendation a few weeks ago.  Downvotes coming my way in 3……2…....1…….

I do recall seeing a post suggesting something similar a few weeks ago. It's a good idea. Costs basically nothing and your target audience is right there.

It is essentially the same idea as the AD trying to get us to donate X dollars for every touchdown. We already do this. The money just goes to the athletic department instead of the collectives.
Not a bad idea to have QR codes around the stadium or on the video boards to donate to the collective.

I would also focus on getting people to sign up for recurring gifts instead of just a one-timer.

What is next? The players get money in their NIL account for every touchdown, interception, sack, ect?

Basically it is already set up to do that now.  The schools have solftware that allows individuals and businesses to donate directly to the players of their choice in every scholarship sport offered.  Supposedly UNT has this already in place.  All the news articles indicate NIL is moving back under the umbrella of the athletic department's which make sense.

I'd chip in on a "punt or go for it?" choice.  Set up competing QR codes on two big screens and the coach has to follow the $$.

Honestly I'd be game for this in a situation where we're up/down by a large amount
