Probably going to have to invest in a pair of custom made boots.

This company is located in Nocona and does work with Clint Wilkerson where Weldon's used to be located.

Depending on your Dad's size, you might reach out to Littrell.  I seem to remember he had a black pair that are probably just collecting dust.

They auctioned off a custom pair of North Texas boots at the Green Light Gala.  If you could find a bid description brochure you could probably find that vendor.

Suggestion: check out the Google Photos of M.L. Leddy's in Fort Worth (custom boots and saddles).

If you zoom in on the boots that are displayed on the wall, you can see some really nice green-colored options.

It may or may not be a leap to ask them, if you could save a few bucks by taking one they already have (assuming the size/fit is good) and adding Mean Green logos/branding to your liking.

I just googled " UNT Game Day Boots " and it took me to Poshmark who has a barn full of them.
