It's sad that a we have to do that sort of promotion for a team that's not even five years removed from making the Elite 8, but I can't say I disagree with it.- 2

Happy Birthday to North Texas Football!
Why wasn’t this promoted at the 100 year mark ? I recall when UT observed their 100 year anniversary they had a football with “100” on the helmet along with the longhorn logo. Another missed opportunity. ”Happy 111 years of football” just doesn’t roll off the tongue as well. -
