good lord 3 DB's and the receiver is open by 10 yds, even on a poor lob pass. This defense is worse than last year, not sure how possible but it seems so

Can we just try and be a little aggressive in defense, at least try and make them make a mistake. We just sit back and let them pick us apart or run up the middle or throw over our heads.

If he misses that tackle there is not an LB or DB for 5-8 yards. Can not understand why this staff will not put a spy on mobile QBs

We have an upper half American Conference offense with a Lower half Conference USA Defense. Chandler Morris arm should get us over the .500 hump though.

It appears the defense is struggling like they did last year. They do fine for some plays and then look like a high school team with people running through arm tackles. Hopefully it will get better.

One might say we have the Air Raid defense mentality
