Portal Entry
After much thought and careful consideration with my family , I have made the very difficult decision to enter the transfer portal. I would like to thank the university, my coaches , my teammates , and the fans in the community. Most of all , I’d like to thank God. At 5’11 and 250 lbs. and only 53 years old , I have a lot to give my next team and look forward to competing for championships. With an 8 inch vertical leap and the ability to get in the way of anyone standing still, I take my defense very seriously. My 40% free throw percentage and 20% three point shooting has improved each year. I am a good teammate and occasionally will buy teammates dinner if I have coupons. Thank you and I look forward to the next chapter in my career . BleedingGreen -

What could have been
Stupidest decision ever made at NTSU was not to immediately hire Bill Brashier when Hayden Fry left. Brashier wanted to stay but instead we bring in Jerry Moore with his Nebraska power I. Only reason ever given was that old Nestor’s did not want Fry to name his successor with Bill Brashier we keep Bill Snyder as OC. Where could those two have taken us. Just look at their records after that snub!!! -

So, how was the luncheon ?
Agreed. Not sure why anyone would be upset at the employees. To the bolded part: I've seen people ask why we didn't try to play to SMU, Frisco, etc, but is that even an option? I would think the NIT would have some sort of rule that the home team must play at their home court (or on their home campus if they normally play off campus). Similar to Seton Hall last year. They play their home games at the Prudential Center, but it wasn't available so they moved to Walsh Gymnasium which is on-campus. I highly doubt a team can move their "home" games to a nearby arena if their gym isn't available.
