Professional sports are and have been superior in that they know the value of competition. Hence, the pros have salary caps, drafts and uniform scheduling. College athletics is completely ruined as NIL has made it basically who can raise the most money to buy players. -

His release is as quick as I've seen.....and that goes back to the Steve Ramsey days. He has great arm strength, and the trajectory is almost flat. He's short but I suspect that he is used to compensating for that. His quick release will make it hard for DLs to time their attempts to swat the ball down. What counts the most is how confident he is in leading the team....and his ability to ignore mistakes. -

When do we get a decision?
Terry and Golding are just lazy suggestions. I think Scott Cross is a lazy suggestion as well. There's better established mid-major coaches out there and plenty of exciting young assistant coaches out there. -

Yup. Reading his bio, he looks like a Ross Hodge starter kit as he has experience doing more with less at New Mexico State and he's been a part of a lot of championship teams since leaving here. "Miller held the same title on staffs at Mississippi State and New Mexico State under Chris Jans. In a six-year span he helped those programs to four NCAA appearances and five conference regular season and tournament titles. In nine total seasons at the Division I level, Miller has been part of postseason runs at five different schools while collecting nearly 200 wins (194-97, .667)." ... Their website says he went 54-14 his first 2 seasons there but I'm not sure what happened after that. -

Flights Into Denton
I like that possibility. I just wonder why he left UNT after one year for a similar role at NMSU.
