I was in health care sales and distribution in Dallas from 74' thru 03' and knew his wife as she was an operating room nurse at Parkland. She asked me to approach Coach Nelson about the possibility Ramsey of joining his staff. He needed a job but wanted Corky to contact him first. I passed the information on to Coach Nelson. In my world you do the calling if you need a job instead of sitting by the phone. I never heard another word about it but Ramsey never coached for us. He had a bad heart and died young.
