Stopped a two game losing streak yesterday. 95-77 over uab for win #20 on the season.now 1/2 game outta first place(10-5). Salute

After being critical of their last game, I will give credit where it is due. This was probably our best game of the year. Lampkin and Kernal were dominant. UAB didn’t get their first offensive rebound until the middle of the 3Q. Just a great game. If they play that way the rest of the year, they could easily win the conference tournament.

Temple randomly is the team that has snuck up to take over first place. Although the #2 seed might be preferable because it would not have to play any midday games (to take advantage of more fans), here's the two teams' remaining schedule. UNT just has to win one more game than Temple, since they have the head-to-head advantage.

UNT:
2/27 vs. ECU (15-11, 8-7)
3/2 at Rice (15-12, 9-7)
3/5 vs. Memphis (11-15, 7-8)

Temple:
2/28 vs. Tulsa (20-8, 10-5)
3/3 at ECU (15-11, 8-7)
3/6 vs. FAU (9-17, 4-11)
