D size

Reed is considered a defensive end no?   I think we need a lot more proven DL with size but  I do like some of the trending.

I don't think we will ever get "freaks of nature"-sized like most SEC schools.

I just picked a random AAC roster from 2023...UTSA.

They had 19 players 300 pounds or greater (and a few at 295).

UNT had 12 players.

That is beef.

How do the teams compare when looking strictly at the two deep? I think that's more relevant than a grand total.

I hope Keith Smith has bulked up.  He was reported at 285 during his senior year, 280 upon his commitment and then listed at 255 on the roster as a DT.  I hope they all bulked up some, but my guess are the following red-shirted:

CB Brian Nelson (don't think he played enough to lose his.  Really excited after watching him)

S Evan Jackson

WR Kollin Lewis

LB Matthew Moore
