In this portal cycle this is the 4th or 5th update from On3 that has popped up on my phone that has similar verbiage after a commit.. and it's absolutely disrespectful.

Have you not seen the amount of “surprise” here on GMG.com? Utter shock that a depth guy at a P5 would actually choose UNT?!? Wow, we’re so lucky! (Not saying this as a knock on Mr. Shipley. I really think he can come in here & contribute!)

It’s not like UNT is a great school with fantastic athletics & support/$ for athletes! We must just be lucky a guy like him would even consider us, let alone commit. </sarcasm>

Why wouldn’t everyone else be “surprised” when that’s the pervasive thought of our own fanbase?
