This proverbial can of worms is all the way open now.  We're not getting the old CFB structure back.

Might as well get on board with all of it, and expect that our admin/coaches can navigate it brightly.

This is where a team like Charlotte hiring Biff might turn out to be a brilliant move.

An outsider with financial connections who is a good CEO.  He can run all of that stuff and gameday management while having his Coordinators/position coaches run all of the team operations.

Of course, it could be a monumental disaster too.  Who the heck knows?
