Can a coach be atch a player for under performing or being lazy in practice? Probably not! A college football coach has to be the hardest job in coaching.

Might as well get on board with all of it, and expect that our admin/coaches can navigate it brightly.

An outsider with financial connections who is a good CEO.  He can run all of that stuff and gameday management while having his Coordinators/position coaches run all of the team operations.
