If he is the hire, then we should do everything we can to keep Phil Forte. Make him Associate Head Coach or something. Since continuity has worked in the past, perhaps I have a bias in favor of keeping existing Staff Members. -

Herl will absolutely be a gamble. He's nowhere near the slam dunk Hodge was after McCasland left. Unless we heard of some other names in consideration, I would think Mosely didn't work very hard or hired comfortably. No doubt he'll give Mosely advice, and of course he'll want to talk-up his guys. -

Ross Hodge Replacement Candidates?
We certainly are in the position to be one based upon what MAC and Ross have done. However our attendance dropped significantly this year despite fielding a quality team which shouldn't happen at a "basketball " school. Also we need a dedicated arena as well.
